- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- 5 years of experience in outsourcing business
- Fluent English language knowledge
As a Presales Consultant your main goal is:
- Grow new business for the Hungary Delivery Center
- Engage with the new clients
- Respond to proposals and preparing commercials
- Conduct market research analysis for the Central Eastern Europe region
New Business Growth
- Understanding the business requirements in the market which would create potential opportunities
- Identifying market needs and trends for potential offerings
Engaging with New Clients
- Coordinating with global sales, solution teams
- Owing the end-end execution of the client visits
- Supporting the team with required presentations
Responding to Request For Proposals (RFP/Q/I) and commercials
- Analyzing and preparing responses to RFPs and RFIs
- Actively participating in RFI/ RFP / solutioning workshops/ teleconference / discussions and support TCS by winning new clients
- Preparing pricing sheets and resource estimation sheets for customer proposals
- Reviewing the estimates with delivery operations team
- Collaborating with delivery team to analyze the value delivered, benchmark the results with the best in class
Market research analysis for the Central Eastern Europe (CEE) region
- Industry/sector specific, and internal analyses eg. competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between TCS and its competitors, CEE market analysis
Creating collaterals and Presentations
- Preparing presentations and artifacts in the required format for concerned stakeholders and for client visits
- Creating re-usable assets related to sales and pre-sales function (Create and update marketing collaterals on an ongoing basis such as factsheets, customer presentations, case studies, flyers, etc.)
- Publishing re-usable assets in relevant forum for TCS Public use knowledge management, keep Delivery Center and Presales related sites on knowledge portal up to date
- Creating newsletters on monthly and quarterly basis
