  • Responsible for on-site construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Familiar with and apply local water and heating electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Understand and apply design principles to ensure system design meets standards and customer needs.
  • Conduct quality control to ensure every aspect of the construction process complies with regulations and standards.
  • Work with project teams to solve problems encountered during construction.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to ensure smooth progress of the project.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to manage simple mechanical and electrical systems on-site (water, heating), and be familiar with design principles and quality control. This position requires candidates to have experience with 1-2 construction projects and possess good English communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or related fields.
  • 3-4 years of work experience 
  • Experience in managing 1-2 construction projects.
  • Familiar with simple electrical and mechanical systems for local water and heating.
  • On-site construction management experience.
  • Good English communication skills, able to use English as a working language.
  • Hungarian is a must
