Join Our Team as a Team Leader in ThessalonikiWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader fluent in Hungarian to join our dynamic team in Thessaloniki, Greece If you have a passion for content moderation and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from youPosition: Team LeaderLocation: Thessaloniki, GreeceWork Model: On-siteEmployment Type: Full-timeYour Responsibilities:As a Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of our content moderation efforts, performing the following tasks:Content Analysis: Review and assess user-generated content to swiftly identify and address any violations of community standards, terms of service, and legal obligations.Coaching and Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to content moderators, empowering them to enhance their performance and maintain consistency in moderation decisions.Quality Assurance: Establish and refine quality assurance frameworks and documentation to meticulously monitor and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency.Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Training, and Product Development teams to streamline moderation processes and optimize tools for greater effectiveness.Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes regarding content moderation, proactively suggesting adjustments to policies and procedures to ensure compliance.Requirements:Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hungarian (C1) and English (C1), with excellent grammar skills.Education: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.Leadership Experience: Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in a BPO or tech company environment.Moderation Understanding: Strong knowledge of online community standards, legal requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to content moderation.Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making sound decisions under pressure.Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of content.Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using moderation tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
