Amennyiben motivál az önálló munkavégzés, de szívesen dolgozol csapatban is és a vezetői feladatokat is testhezállónak érzed, akkor ezt szeretni fogod:

Egy részben szakmai, részben pedig vezetői feladatokat is tartalmazó pozícióról van szó, hiszen a mindennapokban egy 5-6 fős csapat számít majd az útmutatásodra. A csapaton belül központi szerepet jelent, ahol a junior kollégák Hozzád fordulnak majd, ha segítségre vagy tanácsra lenne szükségük. Ugyanakkor a Te feladatod lesz az ő szakmai fejlesztésük a gyakorlatban, mentorálásuk, a csapatod motivációjának fenntartása, valamint munkájuk ellenőrzése és a visszajelzés számukra, hogy jó úton haladnak-e.

Senior könyvelő kollégaként a csapat számít majd Rád a magas szintű könyvelési feladatok ellenőrzésében és irányításában egyaránt. Természetesen a szakmában elengedhetetlen a határidők pontos betartása, így az egyik fő célod lesz a munka során, hogy a heti/havi/éves zárási, valamint az éves/havi adózási folyamatok elvégzése precízen történjen és így a statisztikák és az adóbevallások időben benyújtásra kerüljenek.

Nem kell megijedned, mindezekben nem hagyunk magadra, ugyanis szoros együttműködésben dolgozol majd manager munkatársainkkal, akikhez bátran fordulhatsz, ha Neked támadna kérdésed.

  • Hibrid munkavégzés, ha szereted a változatosságot
    Lehetőséged van 5 napból 3 nap otthoni munkavégzésre és 2 nap irodai munkavégzésre.

  • Végzettség és nyelvtudás
    • közgazdasági szakirányú diploma;
    • aktív középfokú angol nyelvtudás;
       
  • Tapasztalat
    • teljes körű könyvelésben legalább 3 év;
    • vezetőként legalább 1 év;
       
  • Készségek
    • magabiztosan mozogsz az MS Office alkalmazásai között;
    • tapasztalat Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), SAP, Oracle vagy más ERP-rendszer számviteli moduljának használatában;
       

Tipikus célok és feladatok

  • napi feladatok, valamint a heti/havi/éves zárási folyamat ellenőrzése és irányítása;
  • az éves/havi adózási folyamatok támogatása a statisztikák és az adóbevallások időben történő benyújtása érdekében;
  • folyamatfejlesztés lehetőségeinek feltérképezése és az illetékesekkel való együttműködés ezek megvalósítása érdekében;
  • csapat (5-6 fő) irányítása;
  • junior kollégák tanítása, motiválása és munkájuk ellenőrzése.
