They put great emphasis on application of alternative energy sources, intelligent vehicle technology and modernization of industrial methods., General Purpose of the Job:
  • The Legal Counsel is responsible for independently and autonomously drafting and negotiating complex contractual relationships and legal issues with Dealers and Distributors relating to the sale of vehicles, spare parts and services in all CEE markets (predominantly in Hungarian and English).
  • Legal support is provided for entire projects, orders/sales processing as well as day-to-day business.
  • The Legal Counsel advises CEE international subsidiaries and is also responsible for provision of operational solutions to legal and contractual issues that arise in their day-to-day business.
  • As part of the project business, the Legal Counsel works regularly and closely in teams with the management and business units.
  • The Legal Counsel cooperates with the data protection organisation on data protection issues and supports the DPO.

Key responsibilities:
  • Legal advice to management and employees of the group of companies in national and international cases
  • Preparation of expert opinions for the group of companies
  • Sparring partner for the management in the legal context with clear recommendations for action
  • Drafting of contracts, e.g. distribution contracts, NDA, LOI, purchasing contracts, frame contracts etc.
  • Active participation in contract negotiations
  • Handling legal issues in a national and international context
  • Managing external consultants incl. budget control

  • Successfully completed studies in law (fully qualified lawyer)
  • 2-4 years of professional experience as Legal Counsel in an international context
  • Very good legal knowledge of contract law and commercial law
  • Confident handling of MS Office and all relevant software applications
  • Native Hungarian and very good written and spoken English skills
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently but also in a team as well as with management
  • Confident appearance and solution-orientated thinking
