  • Finding new lease opportunities according to company standards.
  • Maintaining and building relationships with landlords, construction companies, agencies.
  • Market & location analysis, competition analysis.
  • Management of the entire negotiation process – commercial conditions, technical specifications, lease contracts.
  • Elaboration of strategy and projects presentations.
  • Preparation of the business plans in terms of market, location requirements, space configuration, financial and legal terms.
  • Managing expansion plans in coordination with the Regional Director of Leasing and Expansion;
  • Portfolio management of existing stores – monitoring performance, handling lease term prolongations or terminations.
  • Managing internal documentation related to leasing projects.
  • Cooperation with Technical Department and Legal Department of the company.
  • Cooperation and communication with the corresponding department at the company headquarters in Poland.

  • Previous experience of 3+ years, in a similar position (retail network expansion or commercial real estate leasing).
  • Good knowledge of the commercial real estate market.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Very good organizational and communication skills.
  • Very good time management and adherence to schedules and deadlines.
  • High performance and results orientation.
  • Flexibility, Adaptability & Team Spirit.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for business travel as needed;
