MDM Accountant

Oversee the general ledger master data maintenance processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals in line with the US GAAP accounting standardsEnsure data consistency and compliance with FLS internal controls and standardsDevelop and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and best practicesRespond to and resolve complex inquiries regarding master data from internal stakeholdersReview and approve complex data change requests to ensure compliance and data integrityAnalyze system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracyServe as the primary point of contact for internal audits, external audits, and compliance inquiries related to master dataTrain and mentor associates on data maintenance best practicesLead and participate in assigned projectsBe a key team member driving continuous improvement Elvárások / Requirements3+ years’ relevant experience is requiredBachelor’s degree in economics required (preferably in accounting)Expert knowledge of general ledger processes, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and compliance requirementsAdvanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials) and data analytics toolsConfident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Proficient in data entry and managementExperience in project managementGood analytical, research and problem-solving skills with the ability to establish complex connections between general ledger and master dataAbility to establish and maintain effective work relationships with stakeholdersGood interpersonal skill set with the ability to present information to various stakeholdersStrong bias for action and ability to proactively recognize and resolve issues through root cause analysisAbility to cope with and drive process changesContinuous improvement mindsetAbility to stay professional in challenging situationsStrong sense of responsibilityAbility to provide guidance in prioritization to team members Amit nyújtunk / BenefitsCafeteriaHealth fundAnnual bonusCar allowanceHome Office
