This includes working with specialist HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to provide information, collate requirements and manage small HR projectsDevelops a full understanding of Diageo HR processes and COE HR stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency with various HR activities including; recruitment activity, performance cycle, maintaining organizational hierarchies in Workday, running and analysing core reportsFormulates, recommends, and interprets personnel policies to meet the objectives of the companyContribute to maintain effective end-to-end HR organization to deliver business requirements in co-operation with Learning and Development, Resourcing, Reward and Payroll and other HR business partnersPreparation and maintenance of regular and special reports desired by management/business units to assist in the attainment of corporate objectivesResponsible for tracking and monitoring of key HR KPIsSupports various Human Resources activities, ensuring the quality of services providedEnsures management practices comply with current policies and applicable statutory regulationsServes as an employee relations resource, including counseling, performance problems and advancement issuesEvaluates employment issues and ensures that they are handled in a professional and confidential mannerElvárások:The position is open for applicants with active or passive student statusHuman Resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceFluent English knowledge both verbal & writtenAnalytical, interpretative, and decision-making skills obtained within a process environmentKnowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Excel)Előnyt jelent:Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of labour law, processes and procedures relating to staffing, employee relations, and payrollExperience working on cross functional and multi-cultural teamsGood facilitation and communication skillsPlease fill in the form below and upload your CV.
