We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Head of AI- & Security Research to lead our AI and Security research initiatives. This strategic leadership role will involve overseeing internal and external research teams, defining objectives, and building relationships with academic and industrial research partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the evolving trends in AI, digital identity, and security, and the ability to translate these trends into actionable research and development strategies.

As the Head of AI- & Security Research, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company's research efforts. You will manage and coordinate research teams focused on AI, digital identity, and cybersecurity while staying attuned to global trends and opportunities in advanced technology. You will also establish collaborations with leading universities and research networks, attract top talents, and build an internal research team of 10–20 members to drive innovation.

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 10+ years of experience in research and development, with a focus on AI and/or cybersecurity.
  
• Proven leadership experience in managing research teams and projects.
  
• Deep understanding of AI research areas, including knowledge graphs, federated AI, and graph neural networks.
  
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and digital identity technologies.
  
• Ability to build and maintain academic and industrial research collaborations.
  
• Strategic vision and insight into international technology trends.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred:

• Experience working in both academic and industrial research environments.
  
• Familiarity with Hungarian and European academic research networks.
  
• Expertise in advanced security architectures and their integration with AI systems.
