We are searching for a motivated colleague, who will make an impact and participate shaping the future of MOL Group’s Downstream Division.Be part of MOL Group’s Shape Tomorrow 2030+ Strategy implementation, join a team of dedicated professionals who drive the company to the next decade We are looking for our newSenior Expert in Capital Project System Development(for strategic and investment projects)colleague, who will  implement measurable capital project system improvement, ranging from building new work processes, staffing (new) organizations, through enhancing governance structure and performance management to driving continuous improvement. Feed capital project system improvements by identifying systematic patterns through project assurance and ensure continuous improvement. Main responsibilities:Improving the capital projects system based on findings, including: Assessing the current state through analysis and benchmarking. Communicating assessment results to stakeholders for validation and development support. Establishing goals and formulating improvement plans to address performance gaps in areas such as project processes, organization, governance, and management. Monitoring improvement plan implementation. Coordinating benchmarking and establishing assessment bases. Ensuring well-documented processes that promote standardization and alignment with industry best practices to proactively address challenges. Identifying organizational requirements (design, structure, staffing) and aligning capabilities to meet project objectives while facilitating learning and development goals through training programs. Promoting a governance system that objectively assesses project decision support packages against gate requirements, enhancing stakeholder understanding of capital projects. Developing and measuring KPIs for project preparation, ensuring alignment with best practices and feeding insights back into improvement plans for continuous enhancement.Providing guidance and sharing lessons learned to ensure projects benefit from past experiences, preventing recurring mistakes and promoting continuous learning. Delivering training to key MOL Group employees on preparation and quality requirements for essential project documents, supporting decision-making in large projects, and providing individual consultations for nominated key employees.
