Jelen vannak nemcsak itthon, hanem az Adria mentén, a Balkánon, és néhány további környező országban is.Main tasks:STRATEGYContribute to and execute a digital strategy aligned with the company’s goals, ensuringefficiency enhancement and enabling new business growth.Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Group-wide digital solutions and projects tosupport business objectives.PROFESSIONAL TASKSTailor and present key messages and updates to multiple stakeholders.Planning, designing processes, projects to ensure future-proof operation.Ensure the implemented solution is fully integrated with other business systems, such asERPs, CRMs, marketing automation tools, sales, and customer support tools.Oversee data migration, cleansing, and integration processes to ensure accurate andconsistent data across the implemented solutions.Organize and deliver user training sessions to ensure employees are fully equipped to use theimplemented solution effectively.Monitor the implemented solution performance, identify areas for improvement, and workwith technical teams to implement optimizations. PEOPLE MANAGEMENTBe responsible of ensuring smooth cooperation among the different business units andsubsidiaries to ensure the achievement of Group goals.Managing and coaching other medior and junior colleagues within the relevant project team. PROJECT MANAGEMENTDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for solution design, deployment andenhancements.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. COST MANAGEMENTManage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and cost constraints.Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and businessobjectives. CUSTOMER RELATIONSKeep in contact with subsidiaries. SUPPLIER RELATIONSNegotiate with suppliers to get the most beneficial terms for the company.Keep in contact with suppliers to ensure smooth cooperation. Elvárások / RequirementsEDUCATIONBachelor / Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or IT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE5+ years of experience managing complex digital and business transformation projects,with strong understanding of CRM platforms an advantage.Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end implementation projects, from initial planning topost-deployment support.Experience in projects that use lean, BPR agile and service design methodologies.Experience in automotive operation is an advantage (e.g. in dealers or in importers).Experience in sales and aftersales activities is an advantage.Experience with data migration, system integration, and change management.
