Product Trainer

EFT-Systems GmbH works in the exciting and growing market of renewable energies. The growing team at EFT-Systems has set itself the goal of offering the best technical support for the energy storage systems that are being looked after.

- technical customer service for customers (by phone / email)
- Analysis and identification of error patterns
- Technically competent support for commissioning and ongoing operation of the energy storage system
- remote maintenance
- Use of current remote maintenance tools for Europe-wide communication with our products
- Tracking in a ticket system
- Independent processing of tickets up to finding the solution (including independent ordering of spare parts, if necessary)

- Experience of at least 1 year in customer service, shared services center, hotline
- Good analytical skills to find the best solution for the customer even with complex problems
- An electrical understanding of the functionality and wiring of the products is appreciated
- Binding and friendly demeanor (on the phone and by email)
.- Orientation towards customer service, openness and the ability to learn, team spirit and quality awareness
.- Good communication skills, positive attitude, teamwork and getting used to fast-paced environments
- Very good knowledge of German (the language must be understood safely, even with technical topics and in some cases strong dialect)
- Good command of English
