Responsibilities: Build, test, and evaluate autonomous agents using large language models (LLMs); Collaborate with product teams to identify high-impact use cases for AI-driven automation in observability and infrastructure; Design and develop tools that integrate with observability platforms (e.g., monitoring, logging, and tracing systems), codebases, and internal systems; Develop and maintain reliable pipelines that combine agentic workflows with traditional code-based solutions to create production-ready, deployable components; Stay up-to-date with advancements in LLMs, AI agents, and related tooling, and bring in best practices and new ideas to the team; Requirements: Strong software engineering skills in Python.  Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production-grade systems.
