Job Title: Group Facility Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Facility Management professional to join our team at MOL Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and implementation of our facility management operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility management operations, ensuring alignment with MOL Group's overall business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of facility-related projects, including maintenance, repairs, and capital expenditures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facility management operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as economics, technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment.
