About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Consultant to join our team at Guerlain Hungary Kft. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell Guerlain products and provide a high standard of service to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Guerlain products, including fragrances, skincare, and makeup.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of Guerlain's sales revenue.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Store Visuals: Ensure that Guerlain visual displays and merchandising are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure that products are always available for customers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to Guerlain representatives, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in high-end cosmetics or luxury goods.
  • Sales Skills: Strong selling skills and operational expertise, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Guerlain products, including fragrances, skincare, and makeup.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (preferable).
