About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our team at Nufarm Hungária Kft. in Budapest. As a key member of our Treasury team, you will play a critical role in managing our cash flow, funding, and hedging decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts to ensure efficient liquidity and visibility.
  • Manage daily cash positions to facilitate central cash, funding, and hedging decisions.
  • Support the management of European cash pool and manage funding requests from Group/European entities outside the pooling structure.
  • Support the analysis of European FX exposures and perform derivatives reporting to the group.
  • Manage journal postings for mark-to-market revaluations, hedge gains and losses, SPOT trades, and bank charges.
  • Manage invoicing of cash pool interests and bank charges.
  • Bank account management, including opening, closing, and maintaining accurate records of bank accounts and signatories.
  • Support Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation requests with banking partners.
  • Banking administration, including user entitlements, token management, change signatory/access rights, approve changes, and bank mandate updates.
  • Manage Treasury payments, including securitization, loan repayments, recapitalization, and hedge settlements.
  • Support Group Treasury initiatives aimed at process optimization, standardization, and automation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or finance.
  • At least 2 years of relevant treasury experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Corporate Treasury.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with bank portals and treasury workstations.
  • Basic accounting/IFRS knowledge.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Innovative, customer-oriented, and strategic mindset.
  • Advanced English skills and experience working in a multinational environment.
