About the RoleThe Senior Network Security Architect will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of secure network architectures, including LAN, WAN, Firewall, and Wireless Environments. The role involves leading and participating in the installation of network systems and equipment for new facilities and expansions, testing, debugging, and analyzing performance, and documenting infrastructure components. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing network infrastructure installation procedures, monitoring and analyzing network performance, and providing results on a regular basis. Additionally, the role requires responding to emergency situations and performing effective troubleshooting during production outages.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage secure network architectures, including LAN, WAN, Firewall, and Wireless Environments.
- Lead and participate in the installation of network systems and equipment for new facilities and expansions.
- Test, debug, and analyze performance, and document infrastructure components.
- Develop network infrastructure installation procedures to ensure successful integration of systems hardware/software.
- Monitor and analyze network performance, and provide results on a regular basis.
- Respond to emergency situations and perform effective troubleshooting during production outages.
- Assist in guiding, training, instructing, and assisting others at peer or lower levels on technical issues and products.
- Act on network incidents reported by our network management tools, customers.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in network security, with expertise in designing and implementing secure network architectures. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience and proven knowledge on Fortinet NSE6/NS7 for both BAU & Projects. The successful candidate should also have good knowledge on Networking & Security Field with other vendor products like PaloAlto, Cisco. Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on experience working in an ITIL structured organization dealing with Incident/Change/Problem management.
Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 5 years' experience and proven knowledge on Fortinet NSE6/NS7 for both BAU & Projects.
- Good knowledge on Networking & Security Field with other vendor products like PaloAlto, Cisco.
- Hands-on experience working in an ITIL structured organization dealing with Incident/Change/Problem management.
- Working experience deploying and managing large and complex majorly Fortinet (Routing, Switching/Wireless/Fortigate).
- Expert with implementing and supporting OSPF, BGP, VRRP, and other routing protocols.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from €80,000 to €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
