Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester to support a significant banking workflow initiative. This role involves working closely with business units to ensure high-quality testing processes and delivering exceptional results.

As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing and documenting test cases to ensure accurate and comprehensive testing
  • Collaborating with business testers to execute pre-written test cases and adjust them as needed based on findings
  • Handling defect tickets and communicating with developers in English
  • Creating test data and maintaining accurate records

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in writing and executing test cases
  • Ability to support various business areas in testing processes
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

We also value the following qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ISTQB methodologies
  • Knowledge of SQL (primarily for queries)
  • Understanding of corporate lending processes
  • Experience with test management tools like SpiraTeam

If you have experience with workflow process testing, it's a plus

Estimated Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
