We are looking for a skilled Blockchain Expert to join our team at Linum Labs. As a Solana Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, secure, and scalable smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.

In this role, you will work closely with our front-end developers to integrate on-chain and off-chain data, ensuring seamless interactions between different components of our blockchain-based applications.

To succeed in this position, you should have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, particularly Solana's architecture, and be proficient in Rust programming language.

We offer a remote-first culture, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world, preferably based in South Africa or Europe. This is a fully remote position, providing flexibility in your work location.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solana developer with hands-on expertise in Rust programming
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, Solana's architecture, and the SPL token standard
  • Familiarity with smart contract development and auditing best practices
  • Experience with Solana's framework for creating and deploying smart contracts
  • Understanding of Solana's DeFi protocols, NFTs, or other ecosystem verticals is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Web3 development, specifically with Solana-based projects
  • Contributions to open-source Solana or blockchain projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
