About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Business Data Analyst / BI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and software engineering.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree: A degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • English Language: Upper-intermediate level of English is necessary for effective communication.
  • BI Tools: Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc. is essential.
  • DBMS: Experience with DBMS such as PostgreSQL is required.
  • DWH: Experience with DWH such as Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS RedShift, etc. is necessary.
  • SQL: Full proficiency in SQL, including data modeling, queries, and analytic/window functions is required.
  • Data Warehouse: Familiarity with data warehouse and ETL pipelines principles is essential.
  • MS Excel: Advanced level of MS Excel is necessary.
  • Data Mining: Experience in data mining and data analysis techniques is required.
  • Business Analysis: Experience in translating business needs/requirements into technical specifications is essential.
  • Software Development: A clear understanding of software development methodologies (SDLC) is necessary.
  • Requirements Management: Experience with requirements management tools such as Jira and Confluence is required.
Nice to Have
  • Python: Experience with Python 3, including Pandas and Numpy, is desirable.
  • Cloud Tools: Experience with cloud tools such as AWS, Azure, GCP is nice to have.
  • Product Analytics: Experience in analyzing data from third-party providers such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Insights, etc. is desirable.
  • Data Analysis: Good understanding of data analysis methods, including statistical methods such as correlation, regression, cluster analysis, K-means, decision trees, etc. is nice to have.
  • A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing techniques is desirable.
