We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Manager to join our team in Hungary. As a key member of our expansion program, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new locations for our restaurants in line with our company's growth strategy and department goals.
Your Key Objectives:
- Monitor the market for new location opportunities, including premises, land plots, projects, developers, and investors.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of our company's expansion strategy for the country.
- Collect and analyze data, prepare presentations and business plans, and present new opportunities to our Executive Management.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including construction, finance, operations, legal, and more, to ensure due diligence and business plan approval.
- Negotiate and execute leases or other agreements with landlords.
- Provide regular reports and support to our Expansion Director.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key business partners in Hungary, including private landlords, developers, mall operators, investment funds, brokers, state institutions, and retailers.
- Monitor the activities of competitors and observe current trends in the commercial real estate market.

Requirements:

- University degree in a business-related discipline, economics, construction, or legal.
- Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactiveness and self-motivation in delivering high-quality results under time pressure.
- Ability to analyze real estate project attributes.
- Willingness to travel.
- Driving license.
