Medior IT Operations Expert

Location: MOL Group

Digital Factory Department:

Purpose of the Position: MOL Group's Digital Factory is a key player in transforming our Consumer Services business from traditional fuel retail to a digitally-driven consumer goods and integrated mobility services provider.

We're focused on building a data-driven business through a Data Lake platform, enabling advanced analytics, and operating MOL MOVE, our app-first loyalty program.

We're looking for a Medior IT Operations Expert to ensure the seamless operation and support of our IT services, including Loyalty and Datalake, working within an agile Dev Ops environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support junior and senior IT Operations Experts, focusing on 2-3 country domains.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, manage incident tickets, and ensure timely resolution according to ITSM standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide real-time updates on service issues and resolutions.
  • Monitor and maintain SLAs, escalating issues to senior experts and product owners when necessary.
  • Document IT operations processes and update knowledge base practices.
  • Participate in IT service design, continuous improvement initiatives, and vendor/license management.
Qualifications:
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT service management or IT operations.
  • ITIL Foundation certificate required; TOGAF or SAFe certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile Dev Ops, modern ITSM strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and team management.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Central Eastern European language.
