Maintenance Specialist

Join HAYS Hungary Kft. as a Maintenance Engineer and take on a challenging role in a multinational company based in Debrecen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and improving maintenance documentation, creating reports and summaries, and ensuring timely updates.

• Design and improve maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Create maintenance reports and summaries, and maintain records to track progress.
• Utilize and enhance enterprise resource planning systems to keep maintenance data up-to-date.
• Participate in the development of preventive and problem-solving processes to minimize downtime.
• Establish and maintain business communication with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Support internal audits and maintain documentation to ensure compliance.
• Ensure the availability of machinery, equipment, and tools to maintain production levels.
• Analyze machine efficiency, downtime, and root causes of issues to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement cost-reducing improvements for maintenance to optimize resources.
• Supervise technical changes on production lines to ensure minimal disruption.
• Enhance equipment functionality and maintainability to reduce maintenance needs.
• Coordinate and oversee shift maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Plan, prepare, and verify preventive maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns.
• Optimize spare parts usage and control to minimize waste.

• Technical degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering).
• Experience in maintenance-related roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactivity.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
