  • High Edge Software is seeking a skilled Senior WPF Developer to enhance our team and product line. We are a product-based company that invests fully in our product lines and never outsource our work.

About the Team and Products

We are capable of creating embeddable components comparable to full-fledged applications within real applications, while keeping it as simple as possible for the customer.

Our team takes full ownership of our products and shapes their future – from business requirement analysis with product managers to development, documentation, and ongoing support tasks.

We prioritize extensive test coverage and a thoughtful approach to API design throughout the development cycle to ensure the security, quality, and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new application-like components in collaboration with the team, including tech writers, designers, and others.
  • Extend and enhance our existing components with new features, ensuring smooth integration and usability.
  • Make a meaningful contribution to the performance of our components and demo applications.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and competitor analysis, working closely with the PM.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level proficiency in .NET and C#.
  • Advanced knowledge of WPF.
  • At least 5 years of commercial C# development experience.
  • Expert skills in reading and debugging code, writing tests, and quickly understanding unfamiliar codebases.
  • Real-life experience and strong skills in performance and memory profiling.
  • Ability to work with abstract tasks, decompose, research, and find the best solutions.
  • Engineering mindset.
  • Experience working with DevExpress components would be a plus.
