Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain static and dynamic simulation models to optimize material flow, fleet estimation, and congestion analysis
- Collect and analyze data to build, calibrate, and validate models
- Manage project data and metadata, including procurement, logging, and dealing with unclear or incomplete information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects
- Develop and maintain modeling libraries to support simulation efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in related industry, with a focus on automotive manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operation patterns and SIMIO software
- Excellent English language skills, with fluency in spoken and written communication
- German language skills an asset
