Job Title: Simulation Engineer

Cosma Assembly Technology (CAT) is a leading provider of automotive assembly solutions, with a global presence in Brampton (Canada), Troy (USA), Saltillo (Mexico), and Salzgitter (Germany). Our team is dedicated to helping customers achieve world-class manufacturing through the latest technologies and innovative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain static and dynamic simulation models to optimize material flow, fleet estimation, and congestion analysis
  • Collect and analyze data to build, calibrate, and validate models
  • Manage project data and metadata, including procurement, logging, and dealing with unclear or incomplete information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain modeling libraries to support simulation efforts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in related industry, with a focus on automotive manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operation patterns and SIMIO software
  • Excellent English language skills, with fluency in spoken and written communication
  • German language skills an asset
