We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team at Randstad Hungary Kft.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to assess their needs and foster lasting relationships.
  • Proactively identify new market opportunities and partners, both locally and internationally.
  • Analyze market reports to pinpoint business prospects and growth areas.
  • Develop compelling proposals to explore additional product opportunities with existing customers.
  • Participate in marketing promotions and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Provide administrative support and handle sales-related tasks.
  • Negotiate contract terms with prospective customers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a technical or chemical engineering field with a minimum of 3 years of technical goods sales experience.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, with 3 years in business development outside Hungary.
  • Proficiency in English and Hungarian.
  • Type B driving license.
  • Will to travel primarily outside Hungary, with an average travel percentage of 20-25%.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications and MS Office tools.
