Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Relocation Expert to join our team at WHC Kft. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilize their expertise in expatriate management and relocation services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting expatriates with their relocation, providing transition support, and ensuring a smooth integration into our company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relocation Support: Assist expatriates with accommodation-related tasks, including finding suitable housing and coordinating logistics.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for expatriate management, ensuring compliance with corporate and legal standards.
  • Employee Mobility: Manage employee mobility, including coordinating business travel and ensuring compliance with corporate and legal standards.
  • Work Visa Application: Oversee the work visa application process, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
  • Cultural Ambassador: Promote our corporate culture and facilitate team-building activities, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in Chinese and English (Hungarian proficiency is also desirable).
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience gained at a multinational company.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a calm and assertive mindset.
