Our Team

We're a tight-knit team of 45 professionals, growing at an impressive annual rate of 50%. Our goal is to hit $4 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) by 2024, with a potential to grow 30 times over.

The Role

We're seeking a skilled Data Engineer with a passion for data-driven solutions to join our team. As a Data Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our data infrastructure and influencing our strategic direction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable, efficient data pipelines that integrate data from diverse sources
  • Leverage data scraping and API solutions to gather and enhance our datasets, enriching our analytical capabilities
  • Create comprehensive reports that communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and facilitate data-driven decision-making
  • Actively provide insights and strategic recommendations based on deep data analysis
  • Evaluate A/B tests rigorously and analyze results
  • Assist in user research to understand customer behavior, preferences, funnel flow, contributing to product development
  • Develop statistical models, such as linear regression, to support forecasting, trend analysis, and strategic decision-making
  • Partner with our senior data expert on AI-based tasks and furthering our innovative capacities
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant Data and Software Engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Python
  • A business and impact-focused mindset, not afraid of big data sets, can independently draw conclusions and take the initiative
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Working proficiency in English; no exam is needed, but interviews and tests might be conducted in English
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining ETL pipelines
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Familiarity with cloud computing services, particularly GCP and AWS
  • Experience with data warehouse solutions (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
  • Proficient in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Power BI) and data visualization best practices
