Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Team Lead to join our team at Bosch Group. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for leading the team professionally and autonomously, ensuring the ongoing optimization and standardization of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR services in the German Payroll area, leading the team to achieve high process and performance quality.
- Create a work environment that ensures ongoing optimization and standardization of HR processes.
- Plan and manage the workforce within the team, assuming responsibility for internal team projects as well as for cross-functional projects.
- Act as a contact person for HR Business Partner and customers, as well as being available for escalation topics with department managers in the respective business units serviced.
- Prioritize tasks according to key performance indicators.
- Communicate and cooperate cross-border in an intercultural environment and team.
- Monitor cost and time spent on regular actions, focusing on quality.
- Ensure high process and performance quality, considering risk and compliance aspects.
- Support further development of associates.
Requirements
- Background: You have a bachelor's degree in e.g. Business, Economics, Psychology or any Human Resources related specialization.
- Experience: You have at least 5 years leadership experience. You also have deep working knowledge of HR processes (e.g. Workforce Administration, Talent Acquisition, Associate Management, CompBen, Payroll etc.). You have experience in cooperation with Germany, preferably in payroll field.
- Personality: You are reliable, have an agile mindset, ability for under pressure, supportive, flexible, and can handle international, dynamic operations.
- Working practice: You are structured, result-oriented, and have great organizational skills. You have the ability to solve problems in an analytical way, paired with a hands-on approach. Good IT skills are beneficial.
- Languages: You have advanced German and English (written and spoken). Other foreign languages are a plus.
