About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team at Randstad Hungary Kft. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for providing support and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Support: Provide assistance to the Finance Department in various tasks, including data entry, processing mail, and reconciling bank statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of employee expenditures, including benefits and travel expenses.
  • Expenditure Monitoring: Monitor and analyze expenditure accounts to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Bank Payments: Ensure accurate and timely bank payments.
  • Month-End Closings: Participate in month-end closings and provide financial reports to Management.
  • Audit Support: Support audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting rules and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Education: BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant qualification.
  • Language: Fluent English knowledge.
  • Skills: Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Software: Strong ability to use MS Office.
