Job Title: Emea Talent Sourcer

We are seeking a highly skilled Emea Talent Sourcer to join our team at Randstad Hungary Kft. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier talent for various roles across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent for a variety of roles
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and deliver insights to stakeholders
  • Perform initial screening telephone interviews and conduct interviews
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs across different business units

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing and engaging candidates
  • A University or College degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field of studies
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
