Job Title: Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Antal International Network - IME. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct, professional nursing care to patients in an inpatient or outpatient setting, adhering to area of specialty.
  • Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments, ensuring a safe and ideal environment.
  • Evaluate new and existing patients to determine priority and suitability of treatment, and make necessary modifications.
  • Administer prescribed medications, apply sterile dressings, perform phlebotomy, and monitor vital signs, maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Work with medical devices and apparatus, managing alarms and detecting early harm, while maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Perform specialized nursing procedures related to the unique needs of a particular patient population, ensuring quality, compassionate, and ethical care.
  • Oversee and guide the work of other nursing and support staff, ensuring adherence to standards of care, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, including in-depth experience in the required specialty.
  • Proficiency in English, with Arabic being a plus.
  • Good communication skills and a well-exhibited patient care attitude.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Required Nationalities: Hungary.
Specialty Requirements:
  • All: Dialysis, PICU, ICU, NICU, Medical Surgical Ward, OR, Cath Lab, Endoscopy, ER, L&D.
