About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at NI Hungary Kft. as a Coverage Analyst - Sales Territory Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining sales territories within our systems, ensuring the accuracy of this data, and working closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to address new requests and troubleshoot issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Territory Management: Create, update, and maintain sales territories in company systems, ensuring territories are accurately defined based on geographical, account-based, or other qualifiers.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure all territory data is precise and complete, as it feeds into downstream processes, including sales compensation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, finance, and other stakeholders to address new requests and troubleshoot territory-related issues.
  • Sales Credit Splits: Administer sales credit splits, ensuring proper allocation of sales credits among multiple sellers.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve processes related to territory management and sales credit administration.
  • System Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of sales systems, including Salesforce (SFDC), to support territory and compensation management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Analyst role.
  • Skills: Strong Excel skills with a demonstrated ability to perform complex data analysis, experience with Tableau or other BI tools, and familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent attention to detail and precision in data management, strong English communication skills, and an analytical mindset with the ability to understand and navigate complex systems.
