Treasury Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with standards, policies, local tax, legal, and banking requirements. Your duties will include processing and monitoring domestic and international payments, maintaining safe and secure banking relationships, and collaborating on cash forecasting and cash flow planning and monitoring.

• Assure compliance with standards, policies, local tax, legal, and banking requirements
• Process and monitor domestic and international payments
• Maintain safe and secure banking relationships
• Collaborate on cash forecasting and cash flow planning and monitoring
• Optimise financial resource utilisation
• Cash positioning, reporting, and analysis to management
• Be responsible for KYC process in cooperation with our lawyers, as well as other regulatory requirements of banks
• Support the Treasury team, including ad-hoc tasks

• University degree, preferably in Economics or Administration
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, banking, treasury, or a shared service centre
• Strong communication skills
• Operational punctuality and accuracy, ability to multitask
• Cash management (domestic and international payments, administration of electronic banking system, basic knowledge SWIFT communication, understanding settings of current accounts, etc.)
• Liquidity management (compiling cash position and cash-flow forecasting, management and optimisation of intra-company loans, etc.)
• Collaboration with banks (basic understanding of banking products, ability to communicate needs and issues to the bank, etc.)
• Hungarian (fluent) and English (B2+); any other CEE language is a strong advantage
