Key Responsibilities- Ensure product quality during the entire satellite development project lifecycle.
- Monitor compliance with ECSS standards and conduct internal QA and PA audits.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project and product quality.
- Analyze and evaluate customer requirements and identify project risks.
- Communicate with customers and present project KPIs.
- Collect lessons learned and feedback, and support internal process audits.
- Participate in customer visits and audits.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Space Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in working with standards, non-conformance management, and quality measurement systems.
- At least 2 years of experience in product quality of R&D projects.
- Knowledge of quality measurement systems and KPIs.
- Openness to international relations and ability to collaborate with colleagues from different fields.
- Experience in supporting maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities.
- Experience in negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Experience in safety-critical system development and project management.
- Experience in internal auditing and certified internal auditor.
- Experience in working with Eclipse software.
- Knowledge of ECSS space standards, NASA TS Space Standards, and AS 9100/EN 9100/ISO 9001 standards.
- Be part of the development of the first-ever Hungarian satellite.
