We are seeking an IT professional to join our Learning & Development Center at NIX Tech Kft. as an Instructor.

Estimated salary for this position is approximately $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Role

This instructor position involves teaching students in groups, mentoring students, creating new IT courses in collaboration with experts, preparing curriculums and educational plans, processing skills matrices and requirements, developing educational materials, implementing modern educational technologies, gamifying learning, and improving our existing educational courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching Students: Provide effective instruction to students in a group setting.
  • Mentoring Students: Offer guidance and support to students to help them achieve their goals.
  • Course Creation: Collaborate with experts to develop new IT courses that meet the needs of our students.
  • Curriculum Development: Prepare educational plans and curriculums that align with industry standards.
  • Skill Matrices: Process and analyze skill matrices to ensure that our educational programs are meeting the needs of our students.
  • Educational Materials: Develop educational materials that are engaging, interactive, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Modern Educational Technologies: Implement modern educational technologies to enhance the learning experience for our students.
  • Gamification: Incorporate gamification techniques to make learning more engaging and fun.
  • Course Improvement: Continuously improve our existing educational courses to ensure that they are meeting the needs of our students.
Requirements
  • Computer Science Knowledge: Strong knowledge of computer science concepts and principles.
  • Technical Expertise: Technical expertise in Linux, DevOps, Java, .NET, JS, or Python.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Relevant Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a teaching or technical role.
  • Teaching Experience: Teaching or technical experience in IT companies, schools, or universities.
  • Advanced Degree: PhD degree or in progress in a relevant field.
  • Expertise: Expertise in IT course development or training experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of IT industry processes and trends.
  • Language Proficiency: Knowledge of Hungarian or Russian/Ukrainian language.
