Product Line Manager

Join our team as a Product Line Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and collaboration. As a Product Line Manager, you will be responsible for developing and evolving the C2 product vision and roadmap, leading the development of the product, and ensuring its service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evolve the C2 product vision and roadmap, including its strategy, direction, and goals.
  • Lead the development of the product, setting further goals, analyzing business needs, and prioritizing enhancements and features.
  • Ensure the service delivery of the product, supporting the "Support model", and managing the relationship with the supplier(s) tasked to support and evolve the product.
  • Manage team and budget for direct reports, and manage the relationship with the supplier(s) tasked to support and evolve the product.
  • Monitor and optimize product performance, working together with the Service team and supplier(s) and C2 product team across departments.
  • Lead cross-functional team members across the organization, identifying and developing required capabilities and roles, and approving job descriptions.
  • Analyze license consumption across different modules and organization, and ensure the license model is appropriate for current and future needs.
  • Ensure ITIL and organization quality standards are applied across all responsibility areas as relevant, and perform duties in standard organization tools.
  • Provide steer to all C2 product-related project teams, and ensure they follow organization's project management standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, working together with the Service team and C2 product team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek out opportunities to improve the product and the product management process.
  • Leverage the C2 as core and foundational platform to support agile management, identification, and implementation of opportunities to increase efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports to C2 product team, DT department management team, and other colleagues as relevant.
  • Manage 7-10 direct reports, lead and guide up to 30 functional/dual reports as members of the C2 product teams dispersed across departments and geographic structures.
  • Drive organizational-wide change management and communications in relation to the future evolution of the C2 product, in close collaboration with human resources and communications department.
  • Build a network of people within and outside of the organization to leverage digital experience and expertise to maintain and evolve the products' vision, strategies, and performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, computer sciences, or equivalent experience in managing organization-wide C2-product line products.
  • Knowledge and content management certification or equivalent experience and proven three-year track record of knowledge and content management in an enterprise environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional product management experience for C2-product line products.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing large teams in a matrix-based organization.
  • Three years of professional experience in business applications development and support.
  • Three years of professional experience in roll-out, maintenance, upgrades, and customizations of C2-product line products.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in business requirements analysis.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid strategic and conceptual thinking, setting meaningful, long-term vision, considering long-term potential, and proposing challenging goals.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluently spoken and written English.
