Medior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Medior Accountant to join our team at Randstad Hungary Kft. in a dynamic role that offers both operational tasks and the opportunity to delve into controlling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and monthly closings as agreed with the Head of Accounting & Reporting and confirmed by the co-CEOs.
  • Assist with year-end financial closing and accounts finalization.
  • Support cash flow forecast management of the Hungarian entities.
  • Act as a sparring partner with the Head of Accounting & Reporting and/or Co-CEOs for all financial topics for the Finance and Accounting department.
  • Continuing review and improvement of the interaction between the accounting and rights management software.
  • Other responsibilities as agreed with the Head of Accounting & Reporting and/or Co-CEO's from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple levels of the organization in English, written and oral.
  • Degree level through education or experience; formal accounting qualification.
  • 3+ years of general accounting/financial reporting experience in an international environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Excel and significant knowledge and experience of accounting software.
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
  • Able and willingness to learn our systems and requirements very quickly.
  • Able to handle high work pressure and challenging assignments.
  • Lateral thinker in terms of software management to help build the efficiency of the accounting function.
