Main Responsibilities
  • Analyse and formalize shipping operational and IT processes in our de-centralized organization
  • Map, test, and explain shipping operational and IT processes
  • Support the project in a complex international environment
  • Collaborate with the team to define common standard mechanisms across Group for various products and services offered
  • Participate in the elaboration of common shipping processes for large pan-EU customers
Requirements
  • Experience in transport, parcel delivery industry, e-commerce, or a curious quick learner
  • Knowledge of technical webservice formats JSON, XML, and understanding of data format hierarchy
  • Some experience with API testing tools (Insomnia, Postman, SoapUI, Jmeter)
  • Written and spoken professional English
  • Analysis of technical documentation (WebService, Specification, Process)
  • Ability to synthesize information and maintain technical documentation
  • Sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously on a defined perimeter
  • Key understanding of Agile organization, testing, and deployment cycle
