Job Summary:

As a Cloud Solution Architect at Getronics Global Service Centre Zrt., you will be responsible for translating customer business requirements into high-level technical solutions. You will design and own a solution from a generalist point of view, supporting the teams of the Getronics Sales Units – Direct Sales, Strategic Partner Sales, and Customer Operations covering Belgium, France, and The Netherlands.

You will be fluent in French, English, and Dutch, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will have a proven track record in successful customer solution design, with excellent foundations in various ICT areas such as VmWare, Azure, AWS, and Cloud computing in general.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive support of the GTN Sales divisions in design, consulting, and presentation of the solution based on the customer technical and commercial requirements.
  • Understanding the customer business objectives and translating this into a high-level technical solution.
  • Owning the solution during the design phase and the further life-cycle as the single point of contact.
  • Supporting the GTN Sales divisions in the deal negotiation phase until final signature.
  • Acting as the interface to the Design Centre and involving the Technical Design Specialist for the detailed design and the operational approval.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 or more years' experience in a technical sales support position (Pre-Sales Support, Consulting, and Systems Integration).
  • Fluent in French, English, and Dutch (written and spoken).
  • Proven track record in successful customer solution design.
  • Excellent foundations in various ICT areas (e.g., VmWare, Azure, AWS, Cloud computing in general).
  • Good understanding of sales principles and account management techniques.
  • Excellent in transforming business/customer requirements into technical solutions.
  • Able to explain and present complex concepts, ideas, and information effectively.
  • Good understanding of pricing strategies, financial analysis methods, and negotiation strategies.
  • Excellent in analytic and strategic thinking.
  • Experience to work in an international team.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location:

This position is based in Belgium, France, or The Netherlands.
