About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Expert in Capital Project System Development to join our team at MOL Group. As a key member of our Downstream Division, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement measurable capital project system improvements, including process optimization, organizational design, and governance structure enhancements.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current state processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish clear goals and formulate improvement plans to address performance gaps in project processes, organization, governance, and management.
  • Monitor and coordinate the implementation of improvement plans, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and share lessons learned to ensure projects benefit from past experiences and promote continuous learning.
  • Deliver training to key employees on preparation and quality requirements for essential project documents, supporting decision-making in large projects.
Requirements
  • MSc degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in project and change management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, business acumen, critical and structural thinking.
  • Strong implementation, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge.
  • SAP and MS Office knowledge.
