Strategic Procurement Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Leader to lead our supplier collaboration support team and manage issue resolution. As a key member of our organization, you will own, drive, and maintain relevant KPIs to ensure seamless collaboration with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues and improve portal and ERP-related efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to lower issue frequency and enhance overall collaboration experience.
- Drive new supplier onboarding activities and integrate them into our supplier collaboration portal.
- Work closely with IT support teams and supplier collaboration development leaders to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.

Requirements:
- Business or Technical University or College degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, proactivity, and creativity.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Team player attitude with ability to cope with multiple complex situations daily.
- Project Management skills preferred.
