Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and oversee the entire construction of industrial refrigeration projects, including planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including 3D designers, engineers, clients, suppliers, and external vendors to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine the suitability of cooling system installations.
  • Design and develop cooling systems, specifically ammonia systems, based on project requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits and provide technical expertise to ensure project quality and safety standards are met.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to clients and management.

Requirements

  • Education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in industrial refrigeration (cooling systems) and project management methodologies.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
