Role Overview
Intersnack Magyarország Kft. is a leading manufacturer of snacks in Central and Eastern Europe. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation of our sales process transformation project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP implementation and sales process optimization, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of our sales process transformation project, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment.
- Develop and implement new sales processes and procedures, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with our ERP system.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective adoption of new sales processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales process optimization and ERP implementation.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in Hungarian and English.
