Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Service Center in Budapest. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building out our technology teams, recruiting candidates in a timely and efficient manner, and meeting the ongoing needs of our rapidly growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and Recruit Candidates: Utilize databases, social media, Boolean search, and other methodologies to identify and attract top talent.
- Develop Sourcing Strategies: Create and implement effective candidate sourcing plans to ensure successful recruitment processes.
- Screen and Evaluate Candidates: Review resumes and job applications, conduct interviews, and use reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates.
- Provide Analytical Reports: Offer detailed and well-documented reports on candidates to the rest of the team.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with Hiring Managers, Candidates, and Employees.
- Onboarding and Exit Support: Guide and support employees through the onboarding and exit process.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or Human Resources related fields.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment stages and HR processes.
- Skills: Excellent English language skills, ability to multi-task, and work in a pressured environment.
