HC Operations Expert

We are looking for a skilled HC Operations Expert to join our team at HAYS Hungary Kft. As an HC Operations Expert, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our company's human capital management processes.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a large manufacturing enterprise where you can utilize your skills and experience to drive efficiency and productivity.

• Update and maintain the standard manpower allocation for the top ten departments of the company;
• Monitor daily attendance and control working hours according to tiered manpower standards;
• Calculate manpower requirements, discuss with HR to organize recruitment, and follow up on recruitment progress;
• Standardize the interview, onboarding, and other processes and continuously optimize them;

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a large manufacturing enterprise;
• Minimum 1 year experience supporting operation;
• Fluent Hungarian and English;
• Strong problem-solving and good communication skills;

An advantage: Gained experience in a Chinese multinational company.
