EHS Specialist

We are seeking an experienced EHS engineer to join our team at Randstad Hungary Kft. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the environmental protection and occupational health of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement environmental management plans to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable practices and reduce environmental impact.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on environmental awareness and operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and stay up-to-date on industry developments.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in EHS work in the manufacturing sector.
• Familiarity with local environmental regulations, occupational health requirements, and wastewater and exhaust emission standards in Hungary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
