We are seeking a skilled IT Educator to join our Learning & Development Center at NIX Tech Kft. Our team focuses on training existing and potential employees in the field of IT, and we are looking for experts in IT education to help us create new and improve existing IT courses.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in Computer Science.
- Technical expertise in at least one of the following fields: Linux, DevOps, Java, .NET, JS, or Python.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work with a large amount of information and educational materials.
- Planning, analysis, and structuring of incoming tasks.
- Proactive approach to tasks completion, flexibility, and multitasking.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
Additional Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Work experience as a teacher or technical expert in an IT company, vocational school, or university.
- PhD degree or in the process of obtaining a PhD degree.
- Own expertise in IT courses development or training experience.
- Knowledge of processes in the IT industry.
- Knowledge of Hungarian or Ukrainian/Russian.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct teaching in groups with students.
- Mentor students.
- Create new IT courses from scratch (from the idea to the release) in cooperation with experts in various technical fields.
- Prepare curriculums and educational plans.
- Process and interpret the skills matrices and requirements for candidates taught in these courses.
- Develop educational materials (theory, practice, tests, study cases).
- Implement modern educational technologies into corporate education.
- Gamify learning.
- Participate in improving NIX educational courses.
- Consult teachers on training issues.
