Warehouse Coordinator

The Storesperson reports directly to the Shift Manager and is responsible for booking stock in and out of the inspection and re-work areas, updating OEM systems, and ensuring a high standard of inspector attire/appearance and housekeeping is maintained.

• Receive, store, assemble, pack, and/or unpack goods, as well as deliver goods from the store to Inspection area.
• Banding of pallets and carrying/moving goods around the Inspection area.
• Using the OEM specific system for all requirements (Stock Transfer, Downgrade Pallet, Cancel Transaction, Check incoming stock, Material location, Removal flag, etc.).
• Complete complaint returns with return deliveries and scrap items.
• Support the Shift Manager staff in ensuring the re-work areas are kept to a high standard and that all Inspectors are working to process.
• Ensure a high standard of inspector attire/appearance and housekeeping is maintained.
• Perform inspection activities as needed in accordance with the project Test Plan.
• Ensure clear immediate communication to the Shift Manager on any project concerns.
• Maintain the work area in a neat and tidy manner consistent with defined Group requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by being flexible and courteous at all times.
• Be proactive in suggestions for improvement.
• Continually seek to become more multi-competent.

• Movement of stock knowledge.
• Manufacturing experience (automotive, logistics, aerospace, FMCG, pharma).
• Experience following and forcing adherence of work instructions.
• Good communication.
• Intermediate level in English language.
• Basic computer skills/experience with in-house systems.
• Valid electric pump truck license.
• Very mobile, walking 3+ miles a day.

• Previous quality inspection background.
• Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP).
• Basic knowledge of German.
• Portal crane and/or swing crane license.
