About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Platform Engineer to join our team at Appsmith. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the enterprise platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our growing customer base.

Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing authentication, user management, and security features that drive enterprise adoption. You will work closely with our customers to understand their complex organizational needs and architect solutions that meet their requirements.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also lead a team of engineers to ensure the quality of our code and product. You will be responsible for planning roadmaps, managing infrastructure, and working closely with customers to ensure their success.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled Java developer with experience in Spring, PostgreSQL, and cloud providers like AWS, GCP, and Azure. You should have a strong understanding of backend systems and be able to design and implement scalable solutions.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should be able to lead a team and ensure the quality of our code and product. You should also be able to work closely with customers to understand their needs and architect solutions that meet their requirements.
